English language courses for children (age from 4 to 6) are available by 2-level program:
- The first level (85 academic hours)
- The second level (85 academic hours)
Frequency of classes: 2 classes in a week for 60 minutes
Number of students in a group: from 3 to 8 people
Duration of a course: 8 months
When to take classes: in the evening, on the weekend
Document that is given after the courses completion: certificate
There is an opportunity to continue learning English after the course completion
During teaching children the English language all the language skills are developed. After the course completion, on the condition that children attend classes regularly, children know:
– alphabet, letters, the main letter combinations, sounds of the English language;
– topical vocabulary, actively using clichés, grammar rules, peculiarities of tone scales of the main types of sentences.
Children can:
- Comprehend teacher’s and group mates’ speeches aurally, understand the main idea of the texts with the help of the visual images;
- Name different objects, actions, phenomena connected with spheres and situations of communication, typical for children of a given age;
- Participate in elementary etiquette dialogues;
- Ask and answer simple questions;
- Briefly tell about yourself, family and friends in English.
For classes playing methods are used.
Classes are taught mainly in a playful way: the teacher and children move, play, dance, sing in English, they are busy with cards, toys and other aids for building phrases and dialogues, and do fun language exercises.
