Zaitseva Nataliya Sergeevna
Is a founder and the Head of the language school “Diplomat”. She graduated from the Chita State Technical University with honour, specialization “Area Studies Professional and Americanologist”. Also, Zaitseva N.S. is a graduate of the Chita Institute of the Baikal State University of Economics and Law, specialization “Company Economics”. She is a finalist of the FSA FLEX contest (the prize is the yearlong study in the USA). In the period between 2004 and 2009 she was a Deputy CEO for international relations at one of the largest enterprises.
Nataliya Sergeevna has a number of certificates verifies her qualification. So, among them certificate of English teacher’s skill improvement courses, St. Petersburg certificate of additional education in the sphere of Psycholinguistics.

I love my job, I love our customers and I love creativity that we share with teachers of our school. Our language school comprises a lot of work but at the same time there is much love from our students. My life is full of everything connected with foreign languages – communication with children and adults who love foreign languages as much as I do, travelling, reading books in original, new friends and endless interesting things!»
